Fair experienced considerable pain on July 10. Several pain remedies were tried until one was found that provided consistent relief. Today has been much better for her as a result.
The pros and cons of different treatment options were discussed with Fair and her parents. As a result of Fair’s age and maturity, the oncology team and her parents have given her a lot of say in how she goes about being cured from cancer.
Next week’s schedule was discussed which includes, more tests, a final decision being made on the treatment plan, and starting treatment.
Fair’s spirits and hope remain high. Nothing is being sugarcoated. She knows the battle ahead and is ready for the fight.
